List of transactions

OBJECTIVE

The List of Transactions function lets you see all transactions that affected the accounting of the system.

PREREQUISITE

  • All transactions involving purchasing, disbursements, sales, receipts, accounting entries or payroll must be posted and then transferred.

Steps

maestro* > Accounting > General Ledger > Journals > List of Transactions

Generate a list of transactions

  1. Select a Accounting Date Range and/or an Entry Dates Range and/or a Transaction Number Range.
  2. Select the Printing Order.

For better system performance, we recommend generating a printing order that matches the range selected. For example, if a range of posting dates is entered, we recommend producing the report by posting date.
